USHC is an outpatient medical center based in South Euclid, Ohio. It brings together about 130 board-certified physicians and health practitioners across 30 medical and surgical specialties, as well as primary care, and is affiliated with University Hospitals Case Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University. As an independent center, USHC does not charge facility fees for doctors' visits or for a range of low-priced diagnostic tests and imaging services, including MRI, CT, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, and cardiac testing. Requisitions for tests are accepted from any authorized physician in the United States, expanding access to testing.
