Uniwest Construction, Inc. is the construction arm of the Uniwest Companies based in Falls Church, VA.  Uniwest Construction, Inc. has four principal components:  Pre-Construction, Base Building, Tenant Construction and Construction Management.  Our Pre-Construction Group works with designers on Design-Build projects to provide budgets, scheduling, and a complete range of services during the design process.  The Base Building Group constructs larger base building projects for Uniwest Development and also for third-party owners.  Our Base Building Group has built office buildings, medical buildings, hotels, multi-family buildings, mixed-use projects, roads, and large and small retail centers.  

Our Tenant Group provides a full range of construction services for both Uniwest Development and third-party Owners and Architects.  We have constructed a wide array of projects including high-end commercial interiors, commercial renovations, law firm offices, retail fit-outs, restaurants, banks, façade renovations, car wash facilities and much more.
