UPC Polska is a Polish telecommunications operator based in Warsaw, in the Masovian region. It is described in trade coverage as Poland's second-largest cable operator. It has pursued network expansion, including the launch of 5G services for its subscribers. In 2021, Iliad agreed to acquire UPC Polska through its Polish mobile subsidiary Play. Later that year, UPC Polska contracted Juniper Networks to enable a 400G-ready core network for its infrastructure. In August 2022, Jaroslaw Starczewski joined the management board as vice president for business development.
