upReach is a higher-education charity based in London, founded in 2012, aimed at creating equal opportunity for students from lower socio-economic backgrounds to access and sustain top graduate roles. The organization delivers one-to-one career coaching to undergraduates and collaborates with leading employers and universities to broaden career options and build essential employability networks. Annually, it supports about 3,000 students across the UK.
