Our Urbanspace Real Estate team is composed of experienced professionals who excel in large-scale real estate development, sales, and leasing in central Austin.  The Real Estate team specializes in comprehensive brokerage services, project marketing, and development for dense population areas, infill land, and properties in compact, human-scale environments.

The Urbanspace Interiors team has traveled the world and their backyard to create a downtown Austin showroom and successful e-commerce site, with over 100 of the most sought-after lines in furnishings.  The design team works with both residential and commercial clients to make their vision come to life in their space.  Our A&D specialists partner with industry specialists to help ease their workload and source the highest quality and design for their projects. 

Complementing Urbanspace’s real estate and interiors capabilities are Urbanspace Logistics and Hospitality.  Urbanspace wanted to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience with the Urbanspace team from start to finish.  Logistics moves great design with the utmost care from packing, storage needs, transport, and installations.
