Urgent Care Extra was founded by two doctors to fill the gap between fast and effective treatment and doctor-patient relationships.  In 2003, the first Urgent Care Extra opened its doors in East Valley. This health clinic was built on one key tenet: to think like a patient, not like a doctor.  The first location was so busy that both doctors worked around the clock to keep up with patient demand.  Since then, they have opened more than 43  locations in Arizona and Nevada, with more on the way.
