Our Mission:

Urgent Doc's Passion is to deliver the best of care in a simple manner to promote a positive outcome for our customers, employees and community.

This exemplified us in obtaining the highest accreditation possible in the medical industry.

We were the first Urgent Care Clinic in Texas and the sixth in the nation to be Joint Commission Accredited with the Gold Seal. We hired no consultants, which is extremely unheard of. We had only one recommendation, which is also very rare. Our re-certification in 2012 had also only one recommendation.

We aspire to grow further into East Texas. We just opened our fourth clinic, which is in Houston. Our goal is to expand further in the next 5-10 years.

We pay our team members above average with incentive bonuses and medical coverage for the whole family. An extensive 401(k) and pension plan is given to all full time employees as well. Flexibility and team work is our driving force.
