Urrutia Design has managed numerous projects in various parts of the country. The majority of work has been in the greater Bay Area. Although protected, historical homes, some built as early as 1845, have been a large focus of our work, we have also built homes from the ground and managed major remodels and additions. The range of our projects include the architectural styles of Victorian, Cottage, Craftsman, Mediterranean, Bungalow, Cape Cod, Ranch and "Eichler style". Urrutia Design has redesigned many interesting homes of different personalities and age while respecting the basic character and essence of each home. We are passionate about our work and are always trying to push our own design boundaries with great sensitivity to each house setting. We have consulted with various homeowner's on small and large jobs and have worked with numerous Realtors to ready listings for sale. Our office includes Interior and Exterior Design, Planning, Landscaping, Project Management and Furniture & Accessory Fabrication.
