The U.S. Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center is an Army applied research and advanced technology development center under the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Futures Command, located at 6002 Combat Drive, Building 6002, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005, United States. It serves as the Army's primary integrator of C5ISR technologies and systems and conducts applied research and development across multiple capability areas aligned with the Army's modernization priorities. Its mission is to enable the networked Warfighter by identifying, developing, and rapidly integrating innovative technologies that enable decisive lethality through information dominance in Multi-Domain Operations. The center's vision aims for an Army that dominates the electromagnetic spectrum, commands the operation, and creates decisive effects, supported by encouraging new ideas and technologies. The organization employs more than 3,000 scientists, engineers, business support professionals and key military personnel.
