The US-China Business Council (USCBC) is a private, nonpartisan nonprofit association representing more than 270 American companies engaged in business with China. It serves as a resource and forum to help members navigate bilateral trade policy and commercial issues arising from the U.S.–China relationship. Its membership includes major consumer brands, professional services firms, and small- and medium-sized enterprises. USCBC is headquartered in Washington, DC, with offices in Beijing and Shanghai, and it was founded in 1973.
