U.S. Exterior Maintenance and Repair, L.L.C, started in November of 1999. Today, our employees include field technicians trained in various specialty trades and a support staff in Plainfield, IL. All of our field technicians are a specialist in their field, whether it is carpentry, plastering, stucco, EIFS, masonry, sealants, or painting.
Today ninety eight percent of insurance companies do not cover a contractor when the project involves maintaining or installing EIFS. This includes painting, caulking or a simple patch. We take pride in our ability to maintain this insurance coverage.
Every employee is covered by workman’s compensation insurance, has available health insurance, 401-K, profit sharing, paid vacations, tuition reimbursement, and dvance training in their field. This training is offered at product levels, association levels, trade groups, and on the job training provided by our firm. We perform OSHA competency training programs, weekly safety meetings, and surprise jobsite inspections by our safety officers. All of this, combined with our strong management has allowed us to achieve a workmen’s compensation rating of 0.85. Simply put, that’s a 15% savings on our insurance that’s passed on to you, our valued client.
