The US Trucking and Logistics Co-Op is a nonprofit grassroots organization created to help single truck owner/operators and small trucking companies secure the information and resources they need on the road to start, operate and/or maintain a profitable trucking business. Basic membership in the Co-Op is complimentary and open to all Motor Carriers, Owner/Operators and OTR commercial truck drivers operating 100 trucks or less, while most members operate 1-3 trucks. The motto of the Co-Op is: “To give truckers P.E.E.S. of mind.” What exactly does P.E.E.S stand for you may ask? It summarizes our mission to PREPARE truck driving professionals for the realities and constant changes in the trucking industry; EQUIP them with the tools and resources needed to operate a successful trucking business, ENERGIZE them by giving them all the peer support they need to stay ahead of the game, and thereby enabling them to SUSTAIN a profitable and longstanding trucking business. Through our strategic partnerships, programs and services the Co-Op strives to make a meaningful impact on the transportation industry by improving each driver’s access to business and economic opportunities in the trucking industry. Services and community outreach programs include: year-round access to dedicated freight opportunities, training, safety compliance services, access to owner/operator lease programs, discounted dispatch and business support services, financial education, short-term financing leads and much more. Within 3 years, the Co-Op will transition into a fully-sustainable, member-operated trucking Co-Op where vested members can pool together sales and marketing resources, financing and profit-sharing.
