U.S.Vision, Inc. is a retailer of optical products and services operating licensed departments in 240 retail locations across a variety of classes of trade. These locations include JCPenney, Meijer, Boscov's, AAFES military exchanges as well as a group of freestanding optical locations called Forward Vision. Our retail optical departments offer a wide selection of designer brands and private label prescription eyewear, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories. Many locations also provide direct access to independent doctors of optometry, who perform comprehensive eye exams and prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses. Our wide selection of designer and private label branded eyewear allows us to tailor our merchandise selection to meet the needs of our host store customers. Since 1991, we have been a national provider of managed vision care benefits. Managed vision care is a very strong segment of our optical business and we look forward to providing quality eye care to participants of these plans.
