USA Boxing, Inc. is the national governing body for amateur, Olympic-style boxing in the United States and is the U.S. member of the International Amateur Boxing Association, recognized by the United States Olympic Committee. Based in Colorado Springs, this nonprofit administers the sport's development and promotion—from grassroots programs to national and international competitions—while selecting athletes and teams for events such as the Olympic Games and World Championships.

Its grassroots network comprises 57 Local Boxing Committees across 14 regions, with both male and female boxers represented among its athlete membership and supported by coaches and officials. The organization has governed amateur boxing in the United States since 1888, and recent updates note leadership changes and the development of a national adaptive boxing program.
