USA Managed Care Organization (USA MCO) is a mid-sized health care company founded in 1984 and based in Phoenix, Arizona. It operates the largest privately held self-developed PPO network in the United States, with extensive provider coverage across multiple lines, including 535,000 contracted group health PPO provider sites, 250,000 provider locations in workers' compensation PPO, and 285,000 provider offices in motorist medical injury PPO. The company also maintains a Centers of Excellence Network with 30 contracted facilities, owns a health claims third-party administrator, and has earned JCAHO accreditation for its PPO network on three occasions.

In 1992, USA MCO launched the USA Senior Care Network to support standardized Medicare Supplement policies, a network now accessed by 95 carriers representing about 9 million individuals who benefit from reduced Medicare Supplement costs. In June 2024, USA MCO announced a partnership with Meetmae to pursue equity-focused innovation partnerships with managed care organizations.
