USTA Pacific Northwest is a nonprofit regional arm of the United States Tennis Association, operating as one of the federation's 17 geographic sections. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, the organization serves the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and northern Idaho. It relies on hundreds of volunteers and seasonal staff to support its activities and counts more than 24,000 members and hundreds of organizational affiliates within its network. The United States Tennis Association itself was founded in 1881, and USTA Pacific Northwest forms part of its nationwide framework.
