Our goal at üttana is to break down the barriers between learning, applying and sharing, and we hope to accomplish this by our web-based platform. 

Like most businesses, üttana began with a simple belief. We believe that everyone has the desire to make their work life more fulfilling and enjoyable but they do not have the time.  No matter where we looked, we could not find Lean and Kaizen education that was built and designed for the modern workplace.  To simply try to learn about Lean techniques, you had to spend hours searching for materials, deciding on content, structuring training and then trying to effectively teach colleagues and staff. 

We wanted to build something that everyone could use, that would reshape not just Lean learning but workplace education as a whole. So we asked ourselves a simple question, "How do we make workplace education as effortless and effective as possible?"  With advances in video technology and the media revolution, we are finally able to answer these questions.
