UWC South East Asia (UWCSEA) is a K–12 international school in Singapore and part of the global UWC movement, united by a shared mission to make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future. Across two IB World School campuses, UWCSEA delivers a rigorous, values-based learning programme to 5,500 students aged 4 to 18. Our mission-aligned, concept-based curriculum combines academic challenge with experiential learning, developing independent learners, critical thinkers and compassionate global citizens. Students engage fully in five interconnected elements of the UWCSEA learning programme: Academics, Activities, Outdoor Education, Personal and Social Education, and Service. Together, these experiences equip young people with the skills, values and mindset needed to navigate a complex world and take responsibility for shaping a better future. Join the Movement. Shape the Future. Why work at UWCSEA. Joining UWCSEA is about more than taking on a role at an international school. It is about becoming part of a mission-driven community where every role matters. Whether working directly with students or supporting the College behind the scenes, each contribution helps our community thrive. Our workplace culture is shaped by four core pillars: a strong sense of purpose grounded in our mission; deep connections built on belonging, collaboration and diversity; a commitment to personal growth through continuous learning and leadership at every level; and a vibrant life supported by wellbeing, stability and the opportunity to live and work in Singapore. If you are looking for a workplace where purpose, people and professional growth come together, we invite you to explore opportunities at UWCSEA and help shape the future with us.
