Val Verde Vegetable Co, Inc. is a packer/shipper located in the sub-tropical growing region of the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. We are a fully integrated packer/shipper and offer a wide mix of products such as greens, citrus, grain, onions, melons, sugarcane, cotton, corn, and a variety of other food products. Our main specialties are in our leafy greens program and in our import program from Mexico. 

During the winter months we are able to grow a wide mix of vegetables including but no limited to: all kale varieties, all mustard varieties, all parsley varieties, dill, collard greens, turnip greens, tied and bulk beets in all varieties, dandelion, spinach, arugula, cilantro, methileaf or fenugreek, and types of kohlrabi. In addition, we also have an extensive cabbage growing operation.
Our Mexican import operation mainly deals in limes (which we carry year round), carrots, cabbage, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, pineapples, and various other items. We pride ourselves on having a variety of growing suppliers across Mexico that can get us a steady supply of product almost year round. 

We at Val Verde position ourselves to have such a wide variety of products to be able to provide our customers with a one stop destination to supply their fresh produce needs. Beyond our ability to provide for all fresh produce needs, we also pride our selves on our commitment and dedication to food safety so that our products are safe and consumer ready whenever they leave our warehouse.
