Fairhive is a ‘not-for-profit’ Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and a Community Benefit Society (CBS), providing affordable housing for over 17,000 people living and working in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.

We are one of the area’s leading local social housing providers. We own and are responsible for in excess of 7,200 homes, 16 supported housing schemes, 157 shared ownership properties and 1924 garages. We also own 30 commercial units located in the Aylesbury area.

With a growing portfolio of properties that covers over 350 square miles across Aylesbury Vale and Buckinghamshire, South Northamptonshire and South Oxfordshire, an annual turnover of over £46.4 million, and over 270 employees; we aim to make a significant social and economic contribution to our local community.
