Valley-Bay Therapy is an established therapy provider with a 25 year history in the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. The company is owned and managed by Randy and Jill Bricco. Valley-Bay specializes in geriatric rehabilitation in skilled care facilities. Our highly qualified and compassionate therapists provide a full spectrum of Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy options to several facilities in the surrounding area. Our all-encompassing approach allows us to fully meet and adapt to client needs on a daily basis. In the dynamic world of health care, Valley-Bay has remained a constant. We have a strong reputation in the community. This is due, in part, to our unique ability to maintain a consistent therapy staff that utilizes cutting edge technology. Nearly 80% of our staff has been with the company at least 2 years and 30% have been with the company for 10 years or more. Valley-Bay’s strong leadership sets the tone within the organization.
