All of these are important issues that business owners will eventually have to face. Our mission is to have a positive effect on our client’s lives by guiding them through the complex, high stakes, and emotional process of transitioning out of their business.

Value Link Advisors was created to assist Small Business Owners from the failure to protect their business and ultimately themselves and their families from loss of wealth. We have recognized from our experience that failure to properly plan for the future usually causes severe financial and personal hardship.

We have also learned that transitioning a business is a process, not an event.  The process takes time, expertise, coordination and commitment by many parties.  That’s why we collaborate with other professionals such as Attorneys, CPA’s, Estate Planners, Financial Advisors and Insurance Specialists in order to deliver superior results to our clients. The earlier this process can begin the more effective the results will be.
