The Vancouver Asian Film Festival (VAFF) is a Canada-based organization in the movies, videos and sound industry focused on promoting Asian culture and identity in film and media. It supports North American Asian actors and filmmakers in defining and expressing themselves on screen, and it conducts an annual festival along with year-round programs and events in Vancouver, British Columbia, to foster engagement between the public and the film industry around Asian influence. Founded in 1995, VAFF is the longest-running Asian film festival in Canada and is organized and produced entirely by volunteers.

The festival and its year-round activities are sustained through corporate sponsorships, public funding and private donations, and the event typically attracts close to 4,000 attendees over its four-day festival. A notable recent development is the December 2022 Diversity on Screen Equity Report, which examines representation of Asians on five Canadian broadcasters.
