Why do we know “We are the best”? Because that’s what our customers tell us. When have you ever had a supplier ask you to rank them against their competitors and then publish the results? According to our data, we have yet to find a competitor that does this. We survey our customers every year and here are our most current statistics: 100% said they would refer us to another manager or company. 65% of our clients told us we were their #1 vendor. 25% of our clients told us we were their #2 vendor. Not only do the overwhelming majority of our vendors rank us as their best vendor, but every year we meet with those clients that do not rank us as their best, and work on a process improvement plan to make us their #1 vendor. How do we define being the best? We don’t, our customers tell us what metrics they value the most and then we work to deliver on those metrics. You can look at our competitor’s websites and read the same techno speak about screening processes, working hard, response times, size of databases, etc. None of this matters to VantageForce and it shouldn’t matter to you either.
