Vazirani Asset Management is a hedge fund that is redefining the event-driven space. Our strategy augments traditional event-driven investing by harvesting volatility. We nimbly craft niche exposures around discrete near-term catalysts to harness volatility as an alpha generator.

Our robust insights come from our deep technical knowledge, trading experience, and legal acumen in complex transactions, strengthening our perspective during rapidly changing market cycles.

We offer two separate products, a more tax advantaged fund for offshore investors, and a fund domiciled in Delaware to serve U.S. investors.

Raj Vazirani, our Founder and Chief Investment Officer, is responsible for the firm’s portfolio management, trading and P&L generation. He brings 20 years of trading experience and combines it with the best analytics and quantitative methods in the industry.

Aram Sethian, Director of Research, brings a strong background in law and fundamental analysis, with a specialization in merger arbitrage.

Michael Tenebruso is our Chief Strategist and Chairman of our Risk Committee. He brings more than 20 years of investment, leadership, and strategic experience to the team.
