Founded in 1991, VCI Construction is headquartered in Upland, California, which strategically offers us a unique perspective to best meet the needs of the geographic markets we serve. As a full-service contractor, we specialize in providing all types of turnkey OSP/ISP telecommunications services as well as utility construction.
