Velvet Ice Cream Company is a family-owned ice cream producer based in Utica, Ohio, founded in 1914 by Joseph Dager and operated by four generations. It manufactures and distributes more than five million gallons of ice cream annually across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and West Virginia. Its 25-acre site hosts Ye Olde Mill, which functions as the corporate office, a museum, and a turn-of-the-century ice cream parlor, restaurant, and gift shop.

The business attracts more than 150,000 visitors each year for tastings, special events, and the annual Ice Cream Festival, with Ye Olde Mill open May through October. It has engaged in partnerships such as a 2017 collaboration with Pelotonia to release a package featuring the Pelotonia logo.
