With over 16 years of combined experience in the wind energy industry, Ventos is focused on providing the best operations and maintenance service to the Texas wind energy market.  In addition to experience in the wind energy industry, Ventos Power Plus has over 100 years of experience in construction, industrial, and steel markets. 

As an independent service provider, Ventos offers cost effective wind power services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), wind developers and independent power producers. Ventos accomplishes this in the following ways:

Supports wind operations & maintenance (O&M) activities in remote wind farm locations with its highly mobile, state-wide workforce of technical and craft labor.
Provides a variety of cranes to service its client’s needs.
Responds to emergency client needs, while assuring work is completed safely.
Focused on green operations as well as safety, quality and customer service.
As a member of the Postel Group, the Company enjoys access to resources such as capital, equipment and management that many competitors lack. The company controls a 550 TON crane through its sister company Maverick Crane & Rigging and several more cranes through another related company, Polk County Equipment. Ventos also has access to the latest technology for project management and a highly skilled and certified technical staff. In addition to in-house engineering capabilities and production facilities, Ventos has access to HR resources though the PEO company Innerstaff LLC, giving Ventos the capacity to staff up quickly if needed. In addition to these companies, Ventos has access to capital, management, resources and equipment not necessarily directly owned or controlled by the Company.
