Jay Rosloniec is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Colorado State Bar and the American Bar Association. He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, from the University of Denver College of Law with a juris doctorate and from University of Florida Levin College of Law with a LL.M. in taxation.

Attorney Lisa Roelands has a background in real estate transactions and emphasizes her law practice in business law, real estate, estate planning and estate administration.  She graduated from Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Michigan State University College of Law with a juris doctorate, and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2014.
