Vermont Birth to Five is 'going where the babies are' to make a lasting difference in the quality of infant and toddler care throughout Vermont. Our approach includes a variety of valuable offerings – peer mentoring, support of existing Starting Points Provider Networks and STARS (Vermont’s STep Ahead Recognition System), professional development opportunities for providers, and community outreach and education for families and special populations. Our success is measured by those who participate – those who give and those who receive assistance in an effort to raise knowledge, confidence, and collaboration for whom it matters most – our children.
