We partner with healthcare providers to offer a competency-based system designed to support each nurse. In alignment with the quality and patient safety priorities of every organization, the Versant model focuses on the development and retention of nurses throughout their professional careers. We address nurses working in different professional segments, (e.g. acute care, ambulatory, rural access, home health), nurses firmly established (incumbent nurses) in a given hospital, department, practice area, and professional focus, and nurses in transition. For us, any nurse who is entering your organization, whether new or experienced, or moving to new specialties and units, is in transition.
