On February 17, 2009, the United States government passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which included financial incentives for healthcare providers who prove meaningful use of the electronic health records of patients. This Meaningful Use (MU) program sets to promote the widespread adoption of electronic health records systems, ultimately creating an infrastructure that improves the quality, safety and efficiency of patient care in the United States. For over 20 years, and throughout the stages of MU's implementation, VersaSuite has stayed ahead of the curve and has set the standard in the Electronic Health Records industry.
