To support our commitment to quality, we have a Zero Installation Punch Item Total (ZIPIT) policy, which holds personnel accountable for quality and assurance. In addition, we have developed a monthly challenge to track crew and subcontractor site audits and safety issues. Our Safety, Training, and Quality Director also sends out Monthly Hot Topics to all crew members, accompanied by pictures to exemplify the right and wrong way to correct those items in the future.
