Veteran Career Counseling Services is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) full service employment firm whose sole purpose is to connect veterans with employers. We offer a wide range of services including career coaching, professional military-to-civilian resume writing services, LinkedIn Profile writing, other document preparation services to veterans and transitioning military members, and job and resume posting. We also offer staffing solutions for companies seeking to hire qualified veterans either through contingency executive recruiting services, or through our Veteran Resume Database, where vets can upload their resumes and search for jobs, and companies can post jobs and search for qualified candidates for free. Our products and services are guaranteed to grab the attention of recruiters in any field, and will cut the time you spend searching for a job by up to 75%.

Veteran Career Counseling Services was co-founded by Kester and Shareem Kilkenny. Kester is a U.S Army veteran who went on to hold a successful post-military career which included stints with the federal government, and federal contracting corporations. Shareem Kilkenny, M.S. Human Resources, has over fifteen years of experience in the human resources field, including recruiting, and providing career advice and resume assistance to job seekers. 

Unlike most other resume writing and career services companies that offer services to veterans as a fringe aspect of what they do, VCCS caters exclusively to veterans. Our network consists of certified resume writing professionals from around the country – all of whom either have prior military service backgrounds, or several years of experience writing resumes and providing transition advice to veterans. At VCCS, serving veterans isn’t just what we do…it’s who we are.
