We bring the ancient traditions of Hatha Yoga into a comprehensive container in person and online to offer the foundations needed to build a strong, effective and productive health plan for body mind wellness. Workshops with varying topics such as Breathing to Reduce Anxiety and Depression, Gentle Hatha Yoga for less flexible folks, Living 10 Moral Codes for a Happier Life, Mindfulness Exercises for Stress Alleviation. Retreats to get away for one to four days in a peaceful setting to practice diligently Hatha Yoga exercises, meditation and take advantage of day dreaming and pausing one's busy life. Certification Trainings help get you started in properly and professionally instructing Beginner to Advance Hatha Yoga and Meditation classes. Suitable for anyone passionate about helping others and willing to be gently guided into the correct alignments for the physical yoga exercises; gently guided into the subtler breathing exercises; and open to becoming a more aware and compassionate person. Our programs have been training people since 1996: lawyers, nurses, doctors, moms and dads, college students, psychologists, social workers, counselors, athletes.
