Since it's founding in 2004, Vibra has grown rapidly as a speciaty hospital provider for medically complex patients.  Our focus is on the care of these patients in the setting of Long Term Acute Care, Acute Medical Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facilities.  Today, Vibra operates 29 facilities with more than 1,300 licensed hospial beds in 11 states.
