Victory Health Partners is a nonprofit, faith-based medical practice based in Mobile, Alabama. Established in 2003 to address the shortage of affordable care for adults aged 19 to 64 who lack health insurance, it functions as a safety net for the medically underserved along the Gulf Coast and operates as a 501(c)(3) organization.

Clinical services cover general medical care with on-site laboratories, X-ray imaging, EKGs, and counseling. Patients pay a small co-payment that covers appointments and laboratory testing. In addition to primary care, Victory Health Partners operates a range of clinics and programs—including dental care, a medication-dispensary program that can provide most medications at no charge, and specialties such as incontinence, pulmonary, neurology, eye care, wound care, women's health, sleep apnea, diabetes education, and minor surgeries, as well as MRIs. These offerings are designed to support individuals who do not have insurance when faced with major medical needs.
