The Company currently focuses on the acquistion and development of non-operated petroleum properties. The Company now possesses working and or royalty interests in over 2500 oil and gas properties.

The Company has an established tradition of charitable giving in the Oklahoma community. The tradition reflects in large measure the generous spirit of the Viersen family, and is carried forward today by the Sam Viersen Family Foundation.

Currently, the Company is directed by Maralynn Viersen Sant who serves as its Chairman of the Board. She is sister of Sam Viersen, Jr. and the daughter of Sam Viersen, Sr. The Company remains very much a family enterprise with virtually all of its stock being held by family members. The Company is well situated to grow as a significant participant in the oil and gas industry. The Company's main office was in Okmulgee from 1921 till 1997, when it moved to Tulsa
