Viithiisys Technologies is a software development company based in Mohali, Punjab, that operates in the open source software space for enterprise applications. It targets multiple industry verticals with a focus on delivering an open source server platform for enterprise applications, backed by a team experienced with Java and related enterprise technologies. The company positions its server as a way to simplify enterprise Java development by reducing the complexity traditionally associated with EJBs. Its product scope includes a pure OSGi-based server that provides a full stack for enterprise Java, along with a FIX server built on QuickFIX/J that offers a programmable API and built-in support for transactions, persistence, dependency injection, and JMS messaging. Viithiisys is pursuing integration of OSGi with the Apache OFBiz e-commerce and ERP suite to combine strengths from both ecosystems. In November 2018, the company announced the acquisition of Actiwate, signaling a strategic expansion.
