VIKA Capitol was formed in 2008 with the express mission to advance the District of Columbia’s development, redevelopment and revitalization efforts. As part of this commitment, our office is located at 4910 Massachusetts Ave, NW to better serve our clients and the community. In addition, several of our staff members are District residents.

Our leadership has more than 40 years of combined experience on District of Columbia projects. Our work experience includes commercial, residential, mixed-use, transit-related and planned unit developments. In addition, this experience was gained from projects for developers and architectural companies, Federal, state and local governments, regional authorities and Department of Defense agencies.
