Vineburg Machining, Inc. (VMI) is a full-service contract machine shop focused on providing machining services for manufacturing companies throughout the United States. We have over ten 5-Axis CNC mills & various lathes which will greatly improve overall efficiency and sophistication of machining processes. 

VMI's commitment to produce quality parts has been a company wide focus. VMI has implemented a continuous improvement program into all areas of the business. Thus allowing VMI to attain AS9100. VMI's goal is to provide their customers with a seamless transition from the plant floor to their facility, while maintaining quality, cost effectiveness and efficiency.

For example, VMI generally produces 10 million custom parts annually for multiple industries. VMI is capable of handling any job no matter how small or large it may be. VMI's staff is highly trained and motivated to provide quality product for any business needs. VMI has recently implemented "Lean Manufacturing in all of their machining processes.

DFM- Design for manufacturability is the general engineering art of designing products in such a way that they are easy to manufacture. VMI has taken this idea and has incorporated it in all of their manufacturing.
