It is focused on embracing the legal concerns of only two client types; privately-held businesses and their owners, along with real estate investors. While litigation is a process of last resort, it is an available business tool nonetheless; Nathan Nelson uses this tool to create business opportunities in commercial and real estate dispute resolution arenas.
