Selling a business is serious business. Some have called us “brutally honest.” We take that as high compliment. We believe that business owners need to hear the truth about what to expect. Our approach makes it much more likely that a business owner's expectations will meet reality in the business selling process.

Although we are not a law or accounting firm, we have many years experience in those fields. That experience, combined with our years of helping business owners sell their businesses, gives business owners a distinct advantage. 

Most importantly, we hail from client-focused backgrounds. As such, we believe it is a privilege when a business owner asks us to help them reap the reward of their years of hard work. We take that trust and confidence very seriously and work diligently and intelligently to help our clients reap their rewards.


Many in our industry will accept every client that wants to retain them to sell a business. We take a different approach.

First, we spend considerable time pre-engagement getting to know a prospective client's business and goals. Our goal is to work with a business owner to be certain that his/her expectations can be met before moving forward with the selling process.

Second, if a business owner's expectations cannot be met, we will tell them and suggest a plan to prepare the business for sale. Our reputation means everything to us. We would rather refuse an engagement than risk having a disappointed client.

Third, at any given time we work closely with only a small number of successful and dedicated business owners. We do not accept client engagements just for the sake of having a stable of clients. Because you deserve our undivided, totally focused attention, we work with only quality clients and businesses.
