VisionServe Alliance is a nonprofit consortium of organizations across the United States and Canada focused on improving the health and well‑being of people who are blind or have vision loss. It coordinates collaborations at national, state, and local levels to advance leadership, strengthen the field through improved management systems and shared best practices, and support member organizations in capacity-building and sustainability. It also informs public policy affecting millions and develops data reports to illuminate critical issues and the resources needed to address them. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, the alliance functions as a network for groups spanning advocacy, employment, rehabilitation, education, and related services for blindness and low vision. A recent development is a partnership with Illumina Interactive to launch the Vision Rehabilitation Training Hub, an online platform designed to provide specialized professional education in vision rehabilitation care. The organization also participates in national conferences and events to convene vision rehabilitation professionals and share knowledge.
