Visor Benefits is a full-service employee benefit consulting firm specializing in employee communication and education. 

Visor Benefits was founded in 2009 and is the result of a merger between a 30-year-old voluntary benefit agency and a 15-year-old core benefit agency. Since this merger, Visor has grown and is one of the few insurance benefits companies in the country that can help employees design a personalized healthcare plan utilizing a full spectrum of insurance products. 

This plan has been branded “Visor Betterfits” and is really at the core of our vision: the continued good health of all organizations depends on the continued good health of the individuals who work there.
