Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC was purchased by David and Andrea McWhorter in January 2011. Andrea’s made a positive impact while working at Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC for over 3 years as the Clinical Director. It was our dream to open a clinic where patients could receive quality, individualized care. We believe it is in the best interest of the patient to be treated by physical therapists that own and operate the facility. Since opening in 2000 Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC has expanded it's impact without compromising our mission, which is "To maximize your healing potential so that you may return to the purpose of your life".
