Vitalyst Health Foundation is an Arizona-based nonprofit dedicated to improving community health and health equity through collaborative networks, strong community partnerships, and informed decision-making. The organization traces its roots to 1907, originally operating hospitals in the Phoenix area; after selling those facilities in 1995, it became an independent health foundation and adopted the Vitalyst name in 2016. Headquartered in Phoenix, the foundation serves rural and urban Arizona communities by funding and guiding initiatives aligned with its mission. In April 2026, Vitalyst Health Foundation announced the appointment of Roy Pringle as president and CEO.
