Voices College-Bound Language Academies is a public charter school network based in San Jose, California, focused on preparing students for higher education through a rigorous dual-language program. The model starts in kindergarten with 80% Spanish and 20% English instruction, gradually moving to 50/50 by third grade so graduates become bicultural, bilingual, and biliterate in English and Spanish. The network was founded in 2006 by Frances Teso, an East San Jose native and National Board Certified Teacher. It operates multiple campuses, including Voices-Franklin McKinley (K-8), Voices-Morgan Hill and Voices Mt. Pleasant (TK-4 expanding to TK-8), and Voices West Contra Costa (TK-2 expanding to TK-8). The organization aims to expand access to higher education for traditionally underserved students by delivering rigorous academics through bilingual instruction. In 2024 a new Morgan Hill campus opened to serve TK-8 students at the corner of Monterey Road and Cosmo Avenue.
