An affiliate of the HandsOn Network, HandsOn Broward provides meaningful, hands-on volunteer experiences for civic-minded South Floridians in order to positively affect change in Broward County.   We connect people who want to help with volunteer opportunities that make a difference.  Programs include Volunteer and Project Leader Training and Development, Corporate Volunteer Services, the Digital Connectors youth development program, Transitional Independent Living Internships, Youth Service Learning, Disaster Preparedness and Response, EITC Outreach, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and Hunger Relief outreach.

HandsOn Broward’s programs benefit individuals who grow valuable skills through our leadership opportunities, nonprofit organizations who receive much-needed services as a result of our volunteer programs and the community at large as they are able to take advantage of the increased capacity of our partner organizations as a result of our relationship.  Community-focused corporations also benefit from the unique project management services we offer.  Our Employee Volunteer Program allows civic–minded corporate groups the opportunity to maximize the effectiveness of their contributions to Broward County nonprofit agencies. We partner with over 800 nonprofit organizations and manage more than 5,000 volunteers per year in service projects that impact several focus areas including child & family, hunger & homelessness, social services & disaster preparedness.
