We got our start in 1993, representing claims from the Resolution Trust Corporation in the wake of the Savings and Loan crisis (which was succeeded by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation). Today, we serve both the private and public sector—including financial institutions, corporations, and export credit agencies (through our global operation, Global Recovery Group). We also remain partnered with the FDIC as one of the four JDC Partners, to pursue the recovery on distressed assets (JDCs) from failed financial institutions. We have decades of experience in managing and redeveloping distressed real estate, and are experienced in the PPP model with agencies and governments. Lastly, we provide financial advisory services and program management services across the world. We also specialize in constructing and servicing collection and loan programs for local, state, and federal clients.
